By signing this agreement, I agree not to use BrightNet/Tri-West Communications L.L.C. for any purpose which violates U.S., state or local laws. I agree not to use BrightNet/Tri-West Communications L.L.C. to interfere with or disrupt network users, services or equipment. Such interferences or disruption includes, but is not limited to:

° Distribution of unsolicited advertising;
° Propagation of computer worms or viruses;
° Use of the network to make unauthorized entry to other computational, information or communications devices or resources;
° Allowing dial-up or any connection to access to its Internet through modems or any other means; access by direct connection will be limited to access on the premises to which Internet access is provided by participant.

I agree to hold BrightNet/Tri-West Communications L.L.C., their officers, agents and any of their members harmless from any liability arising from special, indirect or consequential damages including but not limited to any lost profits, loss of opportunity or any other loss which may result from the use of, misuse of or lack of availability of BrightNet/Tri-West Communications L.L.C. or its facilities. You are about to embark on an adventure that spans the globe. Information can be access across countries and cultures. These sources of information belong to many different organizations, companies, governments and people around the world. Certain Internet services may contain language or pictures which some individuals may find offensive, inflammatory or of an Adult nature. Such contents are the sole responsibility of that Internet Service Provider. We do not endorse such materials and disclaim any and all liability for their contents.

Activation & Email

Activation fee is a one-time charge of $ 9.95. Payment of the first month of service AND the activation fee is due when you mail the application to Tri-West. The monthly service fee is billed one month in advance and any overtime charges are billed one month in arrears. Please include an addition $ 5.00 shipping & handling fee if applying by mail.
